Brad Collett is a self employed Mortgage Broker and the founder of BC Home Loans. His objective is to provide clients with a hassle free lending experience, great service and the best deal possible. ​With over twenty years experience in the finance industry - the last fifteen as a Mortgage Broker - Brad is well equipped to achieve this aim. 

 

Brad has become accredited with over 20 lenders and explored all types of lending solutions at various lending institutions. With the support of family, friends and sporting clubs, Brad has been able to build up a portfolio of clients and do what he always wanted to do - provide finance solutions that enabled his clients to borrow money hassle free.

 

Brad now works to one main philosophy - to provide a total lending experience by meeting with the client, going through the process step by step, figuring out the best deal, obtaining approval, executing loan documentation and getting the loan settled on time. He achieves this aim by careful planning, and by liasing with the Banks, real estate agents and settlement agents on each application.

His aim is to make sure that clients are happy 100% of the time, this has resulted in nearly all of his clients referring BC Home Loans to family, friends and work associates. For this reason Brad has never had to advertise, and says that it is always nicer dealing with a friend of a friend, rather than a stranger. Recognizing this as the compliment it is, Brad always rewards his referrers with a good bottle of wine or a gift of some kind.
